At BRIDGEGOOD, we believe creativity can (and is) positively changing the world.
BRIDGEGOOD equips Black, Indigenous, and Women of Color with career skills required for 2.6+ million tech job openings.
We aim to train 40,000 student Designers by 2030 — with a focus on User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), Product Design, and Visual Design careers.
BRIDGEGOOD’s programs boost the local economy by $8.4 million, leading to tangible opportunities for 21st century employment, economic mobility, and community success.
Incorporated July 2009 as Oakland Digital Arts and Literacy Center Inc, BRIDGEGOOD is an award-winning 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 27-0720655. Donations are tax-deductible.
BRIDGEGOOD Community Studio is located at 95 Washington Street, a waterfront facility situated in Oakland’s iconic Jack London Square.

Each year we ask emerging Creatives and Designers to create original artwork that answers the question, “What about Oakland inspires you?”
Provides 3-months of tuition-free access, hands-on training, and portfolio building activities for diverse Bay Area Creatives, Artists, and Designers.
Provides BRIDGEGOOD graduates with 120+ hours of design education, direct mentorship, and open labs curated by industry & tech professionals.
